• Identify and collaborate with relevant micro-influencers on TikTok (up to 150K subscribers).
• Negotiate favorable terms and oversee the launch of influencer campaigns.
• Develop ideas for advertising campaigns and track their performance.
• Maintain and optimize relationships with influencers for repeat partnerships.
• Ensure a KPI of at least 20 influencer activations per month.
