If you bought the subscription directly on our website and the checkout page included a money-back guarantee, you can request a refund if you're not satisfied with the content quality and at least one of the conditions applies:

• You contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase.
• You provide the low-quality results you received.
• The web app works incorrectly The app worked incorrectly (e.g., your subscription wasn't active and we couldn't fix it; see troubleshooting below).

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

You can cancel the subscription:

• Open the navigation menu "Subscription Balance" → Manage → select "Free Subscription".
